What exactly can I expect when I come to participate in the custom candle creation experience?

Step 1: First you will pick your preferred size, color and type of candle vessel or diffuser bottle.
Step 2: Next, our team will walk you through the candle assembly process and unique scent combination creation.
Step 3: Then you wait for candle to set/cool! We encourage you to venture out to any of the many local spots nearby while you wait. Some of our favorites are:

Please note: if you don’t have a ton of time, our diffusers require no cure time and can be taken out the door right away. If you want to take your candles home on the same day, we kindly ask that you arrive to pour your candles at least four hours before we close. If not, please return during our next business day for pickup. We will also hold your candle for 2 weeks after your appointment and will give you a courteous reminder call.

Do I need a reservation?

Reservations are not required but are highly encouraged. Walk-ins accepted based on availability. We want to ensure the best possible experience for all guests, and ensure all parties are able to be seated together.

How much does it cost and what is included?

We require a $30 deposit upon booking, which will be refunded to you upon arrival to your appointment. Vessels range from $40-60, and include the cost of your entire candle creation experience and your finished masterpiece to take home & enjoy. Your vessel fee includes: vessel (choose from your favorite color, material & size), wick, wax, custom fragrance blend, and vibes.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to your appointment time will receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours are not eligible for deposit refund. This also applies to appointments booked for a certain group size, then not all guests showing up on the day of appointment - the deposit for no show guests in your party will be forfeit.

Are there designated parking spots?

Street parking is the name of the game here in LoHi. Looking for a nearby lot? Customers often park in the 32V Garage, 1615 Boulder Street Lot, 3000 Vallejo Street Lot, or the 33rd and Osage Lot.

What exactly are the candles made of?

Our candles are made with 100% cruelty-free and vegan ingredients: a proprietary soy wax blend, cotton wicks and clean burning, phthalate free fragrance oils. 

What if I can’t come back in 3 hours to pick up my candle?

No worries – we will hold your candle for 2 weeks and will give you a friendly reminder call. 

Can I refill a candle from a past visit?

Yes, we love when our customers reuse & recycle! Bring the same vessel from a previous pour with us (it does need to be one of our vessels & one of our glass options) and we will offer a re-pouring for the below price:

Single wick glass - $25
Double wick glass - $35
Triple wick glass - $45

Do you accept cash?

We are cashless and accept all major credit and debit cards.

Are kids able to participate?

The experience is designed for those over the age of 10. Anyone under 18 years of age will need a parent/guardian present with them to participate. 

Are any flameless options sold?

Yes – we sell more than just candles! You can also purchase a reed diffuser with a custom fragrance. 

What if I am late for my appointment?

Please give us a call if you are going to be running late to your schedule appointment time. We do allow for a 15 minute courtesy window, but if you are later than that, we unfortunately will not be able to accommodate your appointment.

am I allowed to bring in wine or beer to consume during my appointment?

Unfortunately, BYOB is not legal in the city of Denver or the state of Colorado. We do however encourage you to check out one of the many incredible local restaurants & cocktail bars nearby!

Can I bring my candle back in for in-store repours? 

Unfortunately, we cannot do repours for any online ordered vessels at this time.
