All of our candles are hand-poured by our very own team here in our studio in Denver, Colorado. That being said, we don’t have endless shelves of pre-poured stock waiting on hand (kind of the charm behind ordering with us, don’t ya think?). Most orders are packed and shipped within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow for additional processing time around major sales or during holidays – we appreciate your patience throughout the order & delivery process! Your confirmation email will provide estimated dates for shipping and you will receive a tracking number, once your order has shipped. We do not ship internationally at this time, however we do offer the option for local pickup! 

We do not accept returns as our items are all hand-poured and custom. We do our very best to package your orders for shipping but unfortunately sometimes glass can break in transit. We sincerely apologize if this has happened, and we will work quickly to make it right! If by chance this happens to your order, please email us a picture of your broken candle as well as a copy of your shipping confirmation (within 5 days of order delivery) and we will send you a replacement! Be careful to not touch any broken glass!
